PERSONAL
HISTORY & RELATED EXPERIENCE |

Ms. Faggetti
and Ms. McCarver bring a combined 29 years of experience to
this business and have witnessed the evolution of the
medical transcription profession and have positioned
themselves to be on the forefront in the future, thus
possessing the ideal background for owning a medical
transcription service. Ms. Faggetti and Ms. McCarver have
earned the CMT (certified medical transcriptionist) status
which signifies excellence within the medical transcription
arena.

 Gayle H. Faggetti, CMT, a
graduate of Baptist School of Nursing and Allied Health, owned
and operated Professional Medical Services from March of 1993
until July of 1998. Ms. Faggetti founded an MTSO in July of
1998, and served as Director of Operations until September of
2005. Ms. Faggetti is currently serving a third consecutive term
(2008) as President of the Arkansas Association for Healthcare
Documentation Integrity (AAHDI).

 Pat L. McCarver, CMT: Having
a background as an office manager of physical therapy clinics,
owning a home-based MT business, graduating from Baptist School
of Allied Health in Medical Transcription in 1993, being the
Director of Quality Assurance for an MTSO for six years and
obtaining Certified Medical Transcription status (CMT) all adds
up to the experience necessary to help found and build
QualScript, LLC. Pat served two years as Secretary of the
Arkansas Association for Healthcare Document Integrity (AAHDI)
and is currently (2008) serving as Vice President.

 Janette Willis, CMT: Having
worked in healthcare industry over 20 years, with concentration
in medical transcription, Janette brings her experience to
QualScript with emphasis in quality assurance, document editing,
management and distribution of work flow. With the support and
encouragement of QualScript, she received her CMT in October,
2007. She is a member of AHDI and currently serves on the
Arkansas AHDI Board of Directors as Alternate Delegate.
